With photoshop -
Lowering contrast from Brightness/Contrast or Curve tab. Gaussian blur to your heart content and layer mask it on top your original layer. Paint back the sharp focus area with soft brush. Tweak opacity value for final blending of soft focus area. Just my 2 sen. |
