eh always forget to ask this question...

boeffla-kernel-5.3-beta3-Samsung-i9300.tar.md5
boeffla-kernel-5.3-beta3-Samsung-i9300.CWM.zip.checksum
boeffla-kernel-5.3-beta3-Samsung-i9300.CWM.zip

tar.md5 is for flashing using odin right?
zip.checksum?
zip can be flashed using recovery.

what are the difference? and are there many more like this?

CheckSumTool allows user to calculate different (e.g. CRC, MD5, SHA-variants) checksums for files. It also can verify files against given (list of) checksums.

source

But last time i accidentally flash the zip.checksum - nothing happen.
TAR extension always using Odin.
