very less la Tony.. like me i just use Xpose Addition for remapping the button, and Xpose battery icon...
gravity is ok if you need more tweak....

yeah. flash using custom recovery. CWM. I think TWRP also will work....

I updated the modem as well. The whole package. No problem.

Huh?? No la. Where u got that info? Similar to Samsung jelly bean.
Got plenty themes. I choose Samsung theme. So if u want it to look like AOSP. Then go for AOSP theme.
Got other colour as well. And you can change it anytime using the aroma installer.
Give a try for a day or two. If u don't like it. Then switch.

Oh. You will be given an option to maintain ur current modem or to flash the new modem.
I was on NA8 last time. Now on ND1

Can you test archive your Archi file with 7zip because I got error when checking but with File Hashes none.
