Almost bought an unit here ... Paid booking and decided to pull back with full refund fortuntely.
Acoording to the developer they going to build 4 phases and each phases consist average 4 blocks. Imagine the density of the whole project. Proven now even first phase buyers also selling at lost. I wonder L&G still thinking building high dense condo for phase 3 & 4? |
