Ppl here just speculate by circulating the raw pictures taken by the unhappy sub-cons.

1) Only the contractors can have access to the under con premises to shoot picture.

2) Some are newly registered forumers here, the 1st post by them in lowyat are to show the construction pictures and shooting the developer on late payments and poor quality. So the motive is obvious.
