did not read in detail but if you guys are talking about potential access from DP to SD, it's actually technically very possible and quite easy to do.
but the powers to be would of course forbid such move.
do you guys have any slightest idea the revenue per day the tol at this location is generating?
am pretty sure they would not welcome such idea.
assuming if DF is keen and willing to pay.
any idea to compensation amount.
we always receive report that to abolish tol costs the government hundreds of millions.
this is not including construction cost and easement rights and land acquisition somemore.

The jungle trek facilities may deteriorate quite fast if not maintained properly.
The second bathroom quite a fair bit of deviations. Tiles design, mirror size, etc.

for discussion's sake.
if the developer/architect was tasked to determine whether it should be clear or frosted glass, logically they should have and would have opt for clear glass.
reasoning is pretty obvious, clear glass should be cheaper compared to frosted and also because the selection is reversible (i.e. can opt for lamination later). if they have gone with frosted to begin with, then the decision becomes irreversible.

unless they have green requirements to fulfill and frosted glass enables them the points they require which is cheaper than providing clear low e glass or double glazing.

anyway, it could be just a lamination that they have yet to peel to reveal the final surface?

bear in mind, residents who rent and stay there would also look into wellbeing of the property even though they may not be an owner. so should they be included then?

@ RM780k for a 14xxsf unit.
seems like a pretty good option for own stay.

unit being big enough for conducive family living.

let's see the price trend for the next 6 months.
