recently go check out the place and unit. close look macam old condo liao. overall workmanship quite bad. some area workmanship very bad until pusing kepala... landscaping so so only.

i would say if there is strong JMB in handling defects or issue. should be a nice place.
but from my visit last time, still a big NO NO.

hopefully after few more years will become a better place to stay. keep fighting for the resident or jmb there

If this is 2nd phase of Dsara Foresta, shouldn't the location is between the Damansara Perdana and NSE rather than smacked right in the middle of BSD?
