I'm staying here for 1 year and 2 month now.
Can say nothing is working properly in this condo. Management just ask to fill complain forms and it takes a life time to fix a small issue. Problems never solved in last year:
1. Entrance access card reader doesn't work properly and every time security guard open the door.
2. Parking access card reader doesn't work. Every time security guard tap his card to open. In case the guard is not there should wait for another one to come and open for you.
3. Usually all 4 lifts not working togather. Always there is one or two which is not working. Can imagine how long does it take to get a lift in level 35?
4. Block D water pump making very bad sound and vibrating my unit since last year January. Almost 40 people come to year the sound from management to pump company such as plumber, technician and big bosses but no one can fix the issue.
5. There is no dustbin in walk way and people smoke and throw their cigarate on the floor.
6. There is no separate trash can for recycle items.
7. The resident exit gate is closed for more than a month now. Resident and visitor both use same gate which can take up to 10 min in rush hours to get out from condo.
