BSD gonna be maximized di after that, massive jam every weekday morning(go work)..might be a turn-off to some, but investors will buy and sell, as they always do

how are the elevators like, public(open to all resident) or private(only for the particular block/floor/unit)?

don't think there's much that can be done, unless foresta residences get private access road that maybe link to d'sara perdana

It'll be totally worth it for those that work in PJ & beyond, can skip the LDP jam..but if open to the general public, confirm sg.buloh,kepong,DPC all come BSD to use it
