Compare to other block.. Which is good...
And the prop agent told me tat BLOCK A is cheapest compare to other block when launching..
Not sure true or not

If u compare similar sized unit with the similar level of course block A will be the cheapest as the pricing during launching is the lowest. If u are looking for the cheapest unit among all, then block A will be your choice.
Block B and C will have better view and it is facing north south direction but pricing wise will be higher. Anyway u can visit all units for every block to compare. Cant really say which block is good but i know block A workmanship is better. So it really depends on your preference

B & C the hill and pool view indeed is a better buy if you can stretch your budget.
For lower budget you can consider Block A as the entry price is lower.
What to avoid is the Block A facing Phase 2 direction, as you are going to face the noise and dust pollution for the next N years.
*
Actually once phase 2 is completed, those units will also get a pool view of the 2nd phase. In fact now is the time u can bargain for a lower price. But of course you will have to deal with noise and dust during construction

In all honesty.....think the view from balcony looks good and exterior looks nice also. Just the timber on balcony seems a bit out....are they water proof?

Is not timber..is tiles

What is the subsale price for foresta now?
This 2nd phase has only 452 units as compared to foresta..and the connecting bridge with waterfall to the forest looks nice if it materialize

Unit sold at 630k just now. Total 7 bidders.
Haha. If got it last month can get RP and save around 30+k.

Updated lelong unit sold history here:
- 1425sqft sold at 610k
- 1465sqft sold at 625k
- 1468sqft sold at 630k
*
What are the additional cost involved in getting a lelong unit?
And what would be the final cost for the 630k unit?

Cost will be the same like buying from subsale.
Just that utility bill not covered by the bank. TNB, SYABAS and INDAH WATER. But got trick also can appeal to take from the ex owner deposit. At least can cover a bit.
Most banks will cover the outstanding maintenance & cukai taksiran. But to be very sure please refer the T&C stated in the POS.

Thanks for the reply. Do you get to view the unit first before bidding? At least get to inspect for any major damage or defect
