QUOTE(CMW123 @ Jul 26 2014, 08:59 PM) no property is 100% perfect. If u own this, u are bless If it has 90% merit n 10% flaw, enjoy the 90% n accept the 10% as trade off Same philosophy with with your wife, once married, enjoy her merit n flaw If really cannot tahan can sell in the future. If made money then being bless again. If made less maybe less blessing but still bless Congrats on your purchase +2 on wife analogy!

QUOTE(Jagalat @ Jul 27 2014, 06:21 PM) Thx Neonikson1 boss. I just counted, 85% of my posts are contributed to EKC forum since V1. Since l grew up in Cheras, l feel like home in EKC forum. Me too, in terms of property forum EKC is where I spent most of my time as well.

QUOTE(QSquare @ Jul 31 2014, 08:49 AM) Which block of the building is nearest to the proposed walkway to MRT station? Blk J is the nearest to mrt, less than 100m. Even the laziest people cant complaint it is too far to walk to mrt station.

QUOTE(soon9913 @ Jul 31 2014, 09:30 AM) Tengster goh, 9ft is the floor height per floor base on my understanding.. Perhaps u can advice if 9ft floor height is standard for all apartment / condo..? 9ft for lower flr is abit low, that's why the entrance will feel a bit uncomfortable. Just like Empire Subang, same height.

QUOTE(noblebaby @ Jul 31 2014, 10:54 AM) how is compared to eco Sky? any comment on the price for these 2 developments? Didn't really study ecosky project, kepong is not my cup of tea, but I did hear that it was selling like hot cake as well. Of course the profile of the developer is strong.

QUOTE(noblebaby @ Jul 31 2014, 11:19 AM) actually i didnt really study these 2 projects. just friend asking me today, he looking to buy one. thanks for the comment anyway OK, did a quick study on Eco Sky website. In my opinion, EKC is more comprehensive, it has everything that Eco SKy have, but Eco Sky doesn't have these: - MRT station - Duplex SOHO - MALL (on lease basis to protect the tenant selection) - Cineplex - Hotel - connected to Leisure Mall (that makes it 2 malls together) Any taikor feel free to add to the list. QUOTE(Jagalat @ Jul 31 2014, 02:19 PM) EkoCheras is the hotest cake to Ekovest (Of course, this is the only KV development project it launched so far) EkoTitiwangsa, EkoGateway, EkoQuay, EkoPark Place, EkoAvenue ... on the way http://www.nanyang.com/node/638267?tid=696I shared this article before, let me share it again: http://propcafe.net/tag/ekocheras/ "If I would put the whole EkoCheras project analogous to a Dragon – The Dragon of Cheras , I would say Block J& H SoHo is the Head of the dragon and the Tower E Service Apartment is the Tail of the Dragon. You don’t have to agree with me because this is solely my personal opinion."
