Some of u are more aggressive and call them to get the s@p sooner. I belonged to the less aggresive group because I see no urgency to get that sooner. But I think they took my patience and trust for granted. Not intend to finger pointing anyone. Just Really dissapointed with the mediocre service and lackadaisical attitudes of both party. I just hope they can work in a more proffesional way to get things done.
Still waiting for their call and will uodate u guys about the progress. Ps. Do read your copy of snp.

In my interpretation, yes loh.
The slope clearing area the factory next to it should be the location of EkoHotel.

Weekend side track...
I recalled there was a slight discussion earlier about the klibor.
The article below explained a little more detail but did not predict scenarios of how klibor moves when BLR increases over time in the coming years.

The pic was taken yesterday from Tesco midah
From the construction, it is confirmed that the mrt railway be built and traveling under mrr2 highway.
(This implied the rail will be a bit curve in towards BlkE as seen from the model)
The blue rack gives a feel of the height of a mrt train.

Pls visit the sales gallery at Jalan Gombak for any Tower E unit.

Per what hs been discussed in the forum and from SA, the Tower N is meant to be a Hotel, operated by Ekovest.
But you may confirm with them.

I passed by 30 mins ago. Didn't have a chance to take photo.
The shops marked "demolish work" (TBM to Baagus) have been completely torn down to flat ground.
I saw they removing the roof of remaining shops (ie ex sales gallery and pubs)

For the U Turn flyover, understand it is from EKC to MRR2.

Does it cover direct access from MRR2 to EKC?
If so then this is another selling point.
Imagine this allows MRR2 users directly drive to EKC (money directly flow in lah ) without having to pass by Leisure Mall then followed by a U turn.

Agree.. space is really a constraint.....unless they clear the forest beside/behind Awanapuri Condo (which required huge $$$ and green light from authorities) sweat.gif
