U looks like Ekovest sales person. Otherwise u kena seduced too much by your "leng-lui" tongue.gif

"The project is well-connected to the HSR (High Speed Rail), opening up access to more far-flung areas such as Singapore. The accessibility to public transport makes EkoCheras the perfect place for young professionals who work in the city, but want to live surrounded by greenery."

This hunter website, is the Eko Mall confirmed? & since when Eko Cheras will connect with High Speed Train?

Anyway isi-kandar still the same old story, today 360 water view, tomorrow kena blocked by china developer reclaim land. LOL
*
LOL.... Xyyap boss tiba tiba post at this thread like a ninja....ph34r.gif
Me no sound like a EKC SA else should offer insider's news. Nothing to do with Leng Lui at all. LOL.
doh.gif

HSR was an old sub topic back in V1.
Since then no one talked about it.
In my opinion, HSR should not be directly connected to EKC.
For Ekomall, we are waiting for insider's news.
Isi kandar jauh sangat ...no comment here

For the past 1 or 2 weeks, there seemed to be multiple ads here and there.
What I interpret is that, the developer is putting some effort to sell the remaining units soonest possible.

hmmmmm, still oklo, 2% + 7% non dibs rebate and another 5% from block h...... let me syiok sendiri a bit la....hahaha
*
As I randomly pulled the low floor SOHO price for block comparison, here is what I get...

SOHO - 762 sf
H-3-3 J-3-3 Diff
535xxx 493xxx 8.4%

H-6-11 J-6-11
543xxx 501xxx 8.3%

In a way, the same comparison can be performed for your unit with BlkH...
Who knows nanti lagi syok... rclxms.gif

My two pictures are not 100% clear.
However, l managed to compare Type A4 units
1) H-21-03 RM591,400 (Non bumi unit)
2) J-21-03 RM546,490 (Non bumi unit)
3) H-21-17 RM588,400 (Bumi unit)

Difference of the two non bumi units is ~8.2%.

Tower J has clear view at Cheras Sentral side. However, KLCC view for tower H up to floor 35 will be blocked by tower E........
*
Errr... 36th floor of BlkE is about 18th or 19th floor of BlkH(duplex)...
I think 20th floor onwards of BlkH are not affected.
For those mid BlkH's floors below 18th, in my opinion, those that are closest to the hotel should see KLCC view (as they are away from BlkE). smile.gif

Huh, thanks for all the recent posting, I decided not to buy when seeing how much I've lost on the discount, dibs etc.
But again someone might say I might loose even more by not buying now, ha!
*
Only the price of BlkJ and BlkH have increased.
But BlkE(service apartment) has no price increased since launched.
Just that the 7% debate (DIBS) was removed.

Most of them are one-room suites, may be less favorite.
Anyways, low BlkE units are with good price too.

I respect your final decision. nod.gif

Will any units see the big kwangtong cemetary at taman connaught?
*
I would say some units cannot avoid the view.
JMHO....
BlkE (high floor - obvious) and BlkH (high floor - less) that can view Bukit Mewah MRT station, will also see Kuari cemetery
BlkJ&H's high-floor end-units (next to Hotel) may see Kwongtong cemetery

hahaha, mine seems to be cemetery view then......
*
I have no absolute answer until seeing the actual orientation/angle of BlkJ and parcel windows.
For now, intermediate units should be hindered by the glass angle from seeing the cemetery.
That is why l mentioned high floor units next to hotel, ie corner units taller than MRR2 that have window towards the west, should see cemetery.

Again, the actual building orientation will confirm the actual scene. sweat.gif

So all depend on luck if the unit not cemetary view. Most buyer may not aware whn tbey bought their unit.Good luck.
*
I have been staying at my parents' house for 25 years in which the balcony has a view of the Kwongtong cemetery (higher ground side)
Open the balcony door/window , see hill......cemetery hill.
Not a big deal to me.

In fact, the cemetery has been there even before Cheras having highrise.

Comparing to the house l stayed in terms of cemetery view, BlkJ&H are really further away and only some units can see...
