Ekovest just announce their directors bought the hotel and office. Earlier the directors also bought the serviced apartment

So rest assured the project will complete...but of course we don't mind LAD

Leisure Mall was jam packed yesterday afternoon during the heavy rain, they closed all the carpark entrance and ask cars to park at Cheras Plaza

Ended up at Cheras Sentral....which to begin with, the air cond was so stuffy...

What's wrong with this Ekovest...progress so slow

Always had the impression that they are established group with strong construction experience

Ekovest so aggressive in highway construction now talking about DUKE phase 3

Not really lah. In term of faster cashflow assuming both take the same time period of 4 years:

Toll road no cashflow return until completion when toll can be collected

But building construction once they reach certain stage can already claim for loan disbursement

Called developer and was told piling has been completed and next billing will be around next month...

Can believed or not?

Any purchaser would like to call them also?
