December he called me immediately and said he wanted to solve this case and what not. I gave him sympathy and write "SOLVED" on the thread. But once again, he abuse his trust on me and put this on himself. I've been really patience with this guy and IF I don't get an answer by today, Mr.Devour. Don't blame me for any further actions taken.

I will begin uploading pictures of our messages from April onwards till now. With all of his empty promises. To be edited once fully uploaded.


To admins, I don't see why you guys are not even putting a dispute badge on him despite all these complains on him.

After countless promises, yet you're going against what you promises. If this persist, I will go towards the police, tribunal court and if needed, a law suit against you being a irresponsible seller.

Yes, I agreed with u..why the management never take necessary action for this seller...as every month i see his name always appear at the dispute corner

even they had dispute case still they wanna buy from him cause of damn cheap price with their refurbish products

I understand your feeling bro as I am also one of the so-called victim during the transaction with this irresponsible seller.

In my case, I have purchased my unit (Lenovo Y50) at a marked up price which I didn't realize until I have banked in extra money to him after his confirmation of stock availability. Well, I just can blame myself for getting the laptop too eagerly without waiting for the reveal of RRP. However, what irritates me more is the change of his attitude before and after the sales especially after I have banked in the full payment to him.

He started to disappear online for at least a couples of weeks, didn't have time to reply my pm due to very buy schedule, seems can't even bother to liaise with the shipment until I have really frustrated and keep spamming him pm, and last but not least the warranty which was promised to be 2 years ends up with only 1 year registered and since then he has never replied me regarding this warranty issue...

I have all the FB messages as the proofs that this seller is truly untrustable and unethical for his sales to service. I know my case is just one of the many out there for sure. I have contacted some other buyers and they have been facing the same problems as well. No ranting here but just giving out information to other ppl to avoid this irresponsible seller.

I can vouch for his untrustworthiness. Victim for 6 months. Luckily solved very quickly once I opened thread (mine was the first thread about him opened in this forum). Hope your case settle asap.

I'm also gonna lodge a complaint against him and his shady company real soon unless he settles my refund. Ordered an item since December 13 them I've canceled my order towards the end of April. Called him in first week of May, he said by mid of June I will have my refund . Till now not a single cent being refunded and he's been avoiding me ever since.

I also face the same thing with this seller,I have all the PM as prof. Waiting for 1 year for refund but no news until now.The Shady company name seems reflect the seller.Con company.

Fellow victims, have you considered to make/made a report against him? Does not seem to be progressing...

If he did PM to negotiate the matter, would be great if you can mention here too.

Will avoid your contact when things went shit and shriek from responsibilities.

to those who knew about his previous cases and reputation before dealing with him. Why? Cause you think it's cheap or you think it won't happen to you? I would say serve you right. People warn but ignore.

He have pm me bout y50. I never reply coz i see on the other seller threat @numbertwo ,they warn bout him. Luckily not entertain this type of seller.huh
