I intend to buy a 3 rooms unit at Block B but I want to in details what is the cons of it. The pro of it is I entitled 10+3% rebate.

Since I don't think much people will go in lowyat forum and once the chat group created then we can put a small flyer at guard to populate and encourage owner to join this group chat.
