For those buyers who felt cheated, you should group up and share the concerns to the management.

Agree it might affect in short term, but if this will force the mgmt to improve and take adequate actions to fix, it will all come goods.

The thing is, are you willing to lead the change?

6) Request car-park lift bobby must be always ON (too dark)
7) Poor cleaner service (all the car-park lift lobby glass very dirty since VP)   
8) Poor landscape service         
9) TAHPS try cut maintenance & security cost (cause poor quality)
