Is Epic Suites commercial or residential title? Here says residential, but PropSocial says commercial

Finally his real motive is revealed brows.gif

After all the bashing, he was never really an owner of Epic, probably a sour grape with failed investment elsewhere so trying hard to promote his own place by bad mouthing others

Wow, RM618k after rebate for a landed sounds like a pretty good deal, gated and guarded somemore. Even my subsale condo cost more than this

Please take into consideration of the MF income.
1/3 of the units after so many years still unsold yet. These are big size units mostly 1,8xx sf and above.
Assuming all these units remain unsold. Based on sf calculation, these are HALF of the total sf in these 2 towers.

Approx, means after 2 yrs (MC formed & management responsiblity pass to MC), we can only collect HALF of the Maintenance Fee if take sq feet as calculation basis of MF. How to survive with this monthly fund  if keep spending money on unnecessary enjoyment as mentioned above ? Sure there will lots of repair on lifts & aircons, change of light bulbs.

If I'm not mistaken, for units unsold after VP, developer will still need to bear the maintenance cost. Anyone can confirm?

Not pet allow on common area + no cause distress..

if everynight bark then mgt can take action..

I think the issue being discussed here is the rampant display of notices inside the lift rather than what is written in the notices itself

I said, photos would have helped to access situations. With so many potentials for other places, it helps me to narrow down units/place to buy. And what's e bay? laJada i know

You'll be surprised how many youngsters these days have never heard of eBay, especially with so many online platforms available now, I can't remember the last time I log into my eBay account
