What about rift keystones?


The double Rift Fragments buff will end at 5:00 a.m. PT tomorrow in the Americas. Perhaps it's a buff we'll bring back later, though! #ItCouldHappen

It will not. It also won't affect Act-specific Legendary items from Horadric Caches.

It's pretty good that it's here to stay. Got some pretty decent loot yesterday morning. And got the leg item for 2 followers that allow them not to die.

Best run I have yesterday. First 2 rift run, yield only 1 leg and then the next 2 run gave me 10 legs included a Gryfalcon Foote.

Now using it along with Jekangbord with 6 ricochet shields.
My crusader is still weak but the scene of flying shield was awesome.

I still need to find set items and the elusive RORG.

Wonder how true this is? The final remaining 2 days of the anniversary buff (only managed to play the last 2 days), legendary items were raining everywhere. I had like 3-4 legs on average per run.

Now that the official buff is gone and is maintained as announced by blizzard, I feel that the drop rates are back to before the anniversary buff, netting on average 1 leg item per run. I had managed to only get 5 legs, 2 from kadala and a plan last night (4hours of gameplay).

Did blizzard really maintained the buff drop rate? Or did they ninja-nerf the drop rate back to its original?

for me yes. even during the buff, certain times i play i only got 1 legs per rifts

but during (And after) The buff,sometimes i do get 3-4 per rift run

The good news is that i have legendary souls.

RNG is RNG.

I went to do 1 round of Act V bounty and picked up 2 legs (I did this in Normal).

Done 3 horadric chest (15 bounties) run early morning and end up with just 2 legs, both also magefist.

its still on or not? confuse..last night had rift run..in one hour i got 10legs...in T3

The buff is here to stay....

Let's say X is the legendary drop rate (prior to Anniversary buff).

Thanks to the duration of the buff, legendaries are dropping at the rate of 2X. Seeing how Blizz confirms on making the legendary drop rates to exist the way it is during the buff, X is now 2X.

So now the rates (without the buff) is (and forever will be until Blizz state otherwise) is 2X.
