Solved already. This is what I did.

1) Connect to PC to copy the old phone entire Whatsapp folder into SD card.
2) Insert the SD card to 1S and use the 1S file explorer app to copy and paste to phone memory.
3) Insert the SIM card and download/install Whatsapp on 1S.
4) Activate Whatsapp as usual and it will prompt to restore from backup file.

Yep. U have to call them beforehand for self-collection so that they don't pass to their agent. Indeed I called them yesterday.

bloatware at this phone is almost the same like samsung..
1gb of ram..
now left 200mb of ram..without downloading any apps..
how to remove bloatware?

I check fedex, like server down again?

Update 1:- mobile website fedex server is down, pc version is fine. Mine pb also same boat with urs, at sepang now.

guys, want to ask , when you purchase 1s from mi3 website using credit card,did you guys also get charge for USD1 for paypal + the ophone price? for my pass 2 case yes it did. is it apply the same for others?

The 1usd is just for verification, they will take out later. And buy from mi online will kena charge 0.8% additional.
