Anyway, I believe the physical waybill for the shipment are produced but the items have not been received by the courier company yet, which is why it does not appear in the system, yet. So what we have is the waybill number because the item is not physically there lol.

Even a CS staff can trace the origin of the consignment and determine if the physical item has been picked up or just 'virtually' in their database. There is nothing much your friend can do from her side to be honest. What they can see is more 'detailed' than ours (customer) view, they will know what time it is scheduled to arrive in Malaysia also. But for now, it is the China team we are talking about, lol. So more of less it will arrive next week anyway

That should be the hub for FedEX, like Singapore for DHL. One issue thou, it may stay there for a couple of days before it flies in to KUL

Nah. The phone is only scheduled to be delivered on weekdays. So earliest by Monday or Tuesday

So it's stuck at the FedEx service centre for self-collection only. Guess it will be delivered on Monday :/

Called their CS and they told me that SOME are delivered today because they have spare 'room' for deliveries while SOME of us will only get it on Monday
