Anyone know about the main guard house of Rimbayu will forever there or temporary?

I prefer Type A, bigger build up and expand kitchen to the back will be bigger than type B. but Type B room upstair look bigger. Can anyone confirm that?

Actually not really.
The living hall is few feets higher, designed for skylight from staircase and sliding door.

I quite like it as floor plan is simple and practical.
Only thing is the 1st floor back rooms are shorter and behind the bathrooms line??

The only problem with non-G&G is you can't force ppl to pay for it.  It will be subject to individual.  If lots of stingy ppl who want to save the RM50-100, then the whole project will fail.  That's why they need to get 85% of ppl consent. 

Otherwise sure a lot of argument in the future.

MBSA, MPK might be different from MDKL as I didn't know much F&G thing in Kuala Langat itself, it might be easier than we expected.
My SA told me IJM didn't commit on the fence setup, however I still optimistic they willing to help and also from Eastken COO did committed as well.

For me, the most concerning part is on Local council approval, worst case scenario we fork out money on our own.
