Guys just to clarify: mot etc = 15k, spa agreement etc =5k. Apart from downpayment. U ghys payung about the same price? Ofcourse variable due to stamping cost.

Double check with my fellow lawyer friend. Exempted if ur <400k. More than that pay urself. First time is entitled 50% mot. Got that for my house last time.
Now hv to pay all i guess. 20k down the drain. |
