Hey guys, just spoken to Rimbayu SA. They say after you sign letter of offer from the bank, we are given 14 days to sign the Loan agreement. Then during loan agreement have to pay the MOT already. Then after the loan agreement, we are given only 21 days to pay the first drawdown. Can someone verify this ?

QUOTE(happyice @ Oct 15 2014, 04:51 PM) yes you are right.. RHB promotion now, fully flexi loan no need RM10 account maintainance.. not bad i think yeap i agree with you... what is your loan amount ? you mrta is like 40 % lower than mine but MRTA, how come your one more i think 7 years also.. try to nego for lower MRTA? (but maybe my loan more so they can give lower MRTA? i also not sure) better buy life insurance than take MRTA i think MRTA = if anything happen, they will pay to the bank to reduce your loan Live Insurance = if anything happen, get the cash and then can decide to use it for what but if -2.45 for 35 years, it's more than the MRTA amount u pay, so it's better to take MRTA with minimum.. |

QUOTE(happyice @ Oct 15 2014, 10:10 PM) If u ask here, we will say rimbayu is the best...if you ask in bbr thread, then ppl will say bbr better.. after all, it's your choice, i believed the main diff is location and project type, rimbayu is more. 'Center', and it's a big township...alot of future potential... hehe... I have also surveyed BBR before. BBR in klang one thing appreciation also a bit slower. Connectivity wise I hate the infamous NKVE. but good thing is quite near to setia alam, which is a very nice township. Overall, i am sold by rimbayu master plan and its various connectivity. If you ask me, I like Ecomajestic masterplan the most.. but dun like the location too much. So opted rimbayu. On top of that, banging on Tropicana and Ecoworld's project to make the entire canal city 'ong ong' hahaha! |

guys.. just received a reply from Rimbayu SA. He told me that there is a time frame of 90 days to release the first payment from the date you sign SnP. But I recalled from my lawyer that it is 90 days from the day you sign the loan agreement. zzzz so many different version... so who to believe ? Problem is SnP was sent for stamping... cant even read the SnP to verify. Haiz

QUOTE(happyice @ Oct 16 2014, 10:10 AM) honestly, if i were to choose between phase 2 & 3/4, i will choose phase 2, the size is better & with better price i agree.. phase 2 is more value for money as compared to phase 3 and 4... but then phase 4 is more exclusive since it has lower density.. only 100 over units for the entire phase the reason i didn't choose phase 2, is because it will complete earlier, i still can't afford to pay the installment yet need more time.. that's why i choose between 3/4 |

QUOTE(waiDEE @ Oct 16 2014, 10:47 AM) Oic .. so how long it took to get it stamped after you have signed ? Cuz the sequence for us Bumi-release purchaser is a bit different. I signed the SnP even before securing the loan. And the lawyer handling my SnP is on holiday till MOnday |
