have to agree built up is small, but sufficient for ordinary family.  but at least is Guarded community.  For strata homes, you will need to pay higher monthly maintenance fees.

Bro, generally the developer building a smaller cluster houses to cater to those cannot afford bigger Semi-D or a Semi-D feeling at a price of linked house price.

32x70 is the smallest size the developer should developer due to bar the 10" land , the actual house would be 22x70, ideal for a young family who could afford this rather than link house of 22x70.

However, I believe 32x80 or 35x80 is to produce a greater layout and more exclusive.

If the built up is too huge, the price point could afford a Semi-D dy then no point ppl buying a cluster.

i like cluster homes too,but some ppl say "you tou mei wei".

To compare Periwinkle with Chimes end/corner lot:
Periwinkle 22x70 and 10ft land...
Chimes 25x75 and more than 10ft land...
Chimes 27x75 and more than 10ft land...
That's why price diff alot...
Layout plan also totally different...

Phase 3 buyer here. Read a lot of interesting stuff about Rimbayu in this forum!

For the standard unit we can't, minimum requirement is to keep 10ft land at the side. If you get the corner unit which has bigger land size, then is possible.

Yes, phase 3 owner here. I registered with them via website, guess that is why I received SMS from them.
