Yes, Cluster house really got own market, which sometimes i heard some buyer said they are only 2-3 ppl stay, if too big they will feel not so close with each other (That's why some family select condo, the feel is better which all members in 1 space).
If the family love gardening too, then cluster house story come in, elegant with warm feel laugh.gif

Yes, sure. But the pricing cover back. Means cluster Semi D also good price, just if got more budget can go for end lot or corner lot for phase 1 and 2.

Yes, but 3 months later, launch phase 3b cluster Semi D 930k above, phase 4 link home 800k above.
2 years later, intermediate for phase 1 should be 850k++, phase 2 should be 950k++.

Currently, kemuning utama 22*70 selling 830k++.
