What is the different between Telok Panglima Garang and Kuala Langat? I saw Rimbayu put their address:

Phase 1 should be fine. If not mistaken ~600K only. If can flip at 800K can make around 200K. Even minus RPGT 30% still have 100K and above. Not bad for 2 years interest payment.

With GST and inflation push..... I do believe most landed property will push toward 1M. Just how soon it happens only. Our next generation will only afford go for Condo / Apartment type only. blush.gif

That's why location is still the one of the most important factor to consider. In down time, good location won't down 'too much' as compare to bad location.

For AI is quite an isolated area. Personally I won't go there unless they can create some main attractive that others lacking.

Location wise it is not that far, but think of the RM0.60 (even not a big deal) but it make ppl think twice before go there. From KK I would choose to go BR as it is without toll (even though the petrol price might end up more expensive). Most will just forget the cost of petrol as you already paid for it tongue.gif

In my opinion, location of BR is better for commercial wise as it can be accessed with few main highway. So the potential for BR would be better than AI.

When all highway connected, it will facilitate them to move more people come to the township easily. In term of AI, they can only depend on LKSA which will meet their bottle neck faster.
