U mean free legal fees? i got bill from JM chong for 16k total with stamp duty. Which i havent pay. They say can pay later when vp.
*
If not mistaken the free legal fee is only for the S&P. You will be charge for the MOT and you will also be charge for the loan agreement.

If your lawyer said can pay the MOT later then that's good la(?) but I think it will delay the transfer of land title. *I'm first time buyer too.

For those Puchongite or working at cyberjaya/putrajaya and chose rimbayu... what the different rimbayu with sierra16?
*
That traffic light going to Sierra and LEP biggrin.gif
Traffic so bad every morning and afternoon. And the of course price wise, I think last time I check with the price I paid for Chimes can only get me a town house in Sierra. If I remember correctly.

Agreed, I prefer to pay 60cent to guarantee no jam at LKSA, some more got choice for Federal Highway

The kota kemuning road consists many traffic light and roundabout, once the BR developed, be ready for heavy traffic jam.

In future, maybe BR can connect via SKVE and WestCoast Link.............but these 2 highway is connect to western part of Selangor like banting, klang. Cant benefit those working at KL PJ

I believe the BR overwhelming is because of flipper
*
noob here.. May I know how people can flip with this kind of price? Developer price is around 700K - 800K for intermediate.. So once the house is ready the flipper will sell with higher price.. 1M? Then how about the RPGT 30%

Sorry so many question coz I can't imagine how to flip.. hahaha.

simple theory, buy high sell higher. it happening at everywhere.

You think the price is high now, few years later you wont think so

Same like 4 years ago, feel that 4xxk house is overprice, nowday simply can achieve 7xxk
*
Then I think I definitely make the right choice buying landed now.. Don't think my salary can afford 1M house in future unless got promoted kaw2..

Why I choose Rimbayu.. because near to Cyber, can use the link to Saujana Putra and then only 1 toll exit to cyber/putrajaya. Also matured facilities in KK

I knew Rimbayu is green development with lots of trees and what not but didn't notice it was GBI Certified (silver). Based on the link only a few township was given the certification and Rimbayu was the only one in the surrounding area. Another good point to choose Rimbayu I guess smile.gif
