Agreed. I am staying in Puchong too right now. Every morning jam till 9.30 and sometimes 10AM, coming back into Puchong at night also will be the same. Everywhere toll and also jam.

for me, living in rimbayu is a better bet since I am in the middle of my family circle (My grandparents house is in Klang, my cousins are all living in Shah Alam, my parents is living in Sunway, my wife is working in Sunway and I am working in Puchong). Going into Puchong around 9AM will save me a lot of time compared to me going out of puchong to send my wife to work and then coming back again. To me, it just makes sense. I don't travel into KL often. So, I want a peaceful place where I could sit back and relax without thinking much about the tolls and also jams (apart from HICOM to kewajipan).

Coming out from Puchong to Sunway is around 6km, it took me around 30-50minutes to reach sunway if I go out at 8AM and it will take me 30minute if I go out at 9AM.

I am lucky my rented house right now is right beside skyz residence, or else, I will need to face the jam from BK to Puchong toll. sweat.gif

I think the students will find cheaper alternative. Saujana Putra has better rental rate compared to Rimbayu because the house price there is cheaper. My friend just bought a condo at Saujana Putra for 350k. He could rent it at 1.2k or 1k. Can you forsee how much is our rental rate with a 600k house? roughly around 2k?
