Am not sure too. I thought is 1%?

i just got my july statement, i only have 2 transactions.
one for insurance and one for online transaction.
cash rebate for everything is 0.1%.

so i called up the CS to check why my online transaction is only 0.1% rebate.

the answer i got is, you will get 0.1% for everything in your first statement after the transaction. the balance 0.9% cash rebate for online transaction will only be credited in the NEXT statement for eligible transactions.

i will check my august statement and update if that is really the case.

if i pay for quit rent and assessment online by ocbc titanium (via payonline or local council online portal), can i entitled for 1% rebate?

i was told that if the payment made throught ocbc online portal, it will not be counted as 1%

Quick check, is online payment for MMU tuition fees considered as 'online payment' transaction and entitled the 1% cashback?

Current statement is already paid by the way.

RM 64.90+40.55-1.05-2.50+250 = 351.90 (paid and shown in unbilled transaction)
You see the statement amount doesn't tally with the statement, there is a missing RM 250 which is supposed to be auto-debit insurance that never shows anywhere.

I see the statement balance, then only I pay it accordingly.

Next, you see the unbilled transaction, there is no RM 250 but in outstanding balance shows RM 250. I have checked with CS, it was charged on 22nd July.

I asked why is it not showing anywhere, they said if you don't advise merchant, this is how it works...
It will only show in physical statement.

Because i didn't bother to check my bill as it was just a very small amount and the adjustment thingy seems complicated to track.. I thought auto debit is still online transaction, sigh...
