What buta-buta ? If high floor selling Rm1500psf for subsale.

Do you think buyer will choice unit Rm1500psf for low floor blocking view?

Unless low floor owner are willing to sell at Rm1300psf.

Sometime unit with view price can be higher a lot compare with unit no view.

Buyer still buy.

Petronas Twin Tower is beside TA3 & TA4. Please use google earth and check. Skysuites for sure not direct view.

After TA3 & 4 is completed. I believe only can see 1/4 quarter of towers.

Actually too close to klcc also no nice de...especually at night so bright....

But location wise....skysuites si beh suitable for airbnb....not sure i will permanently stay there thought.

rumors saying they trying to get Hard Rock Café to operate the hotel block, which would mean HRC moving the restaurant/bar there as well.....just rumours

Vortex is a pure airbnb play. I guess this will happen to SkySuites too. Better or worse idk but what I know is that there are more and more units saturating klcc market.

You sure? Cause the view from KLCC T3 it seems both TA buildings are blocking the view. And the existing one is already blocking it at any sight
