hello..im using laptop Asus K551LN with Intel i5 processor..i just wanna know if my laptop suitable to play diablo 3??

set all settings to minimum, turn off all effects (graphic still nice), u will good to go.. make sure you have good internet connection

just download the nvidia Geforce Experience and let it auto decide...and you good to go..

your system spec is more then enough to play the game ..no need to push down to minimum setting .

Thanks.. I already download nvidia Geforce Experience.. Will try it after finish downloading Diablo.. Btw my display spek is Intel HD Graphic and render is nvidia Geforce.. So do I need to switch from default display to nvidia geforce??

Hey guys, I'm using the mentioned laptop too and installed the Diablo 3. When I try to start up the game, it will come to a blank(black) screen with only the mouse pointer and background music only. Anyway to solve this problem? or anyone face this problem before?

black screen? no sound?
any menu pop up when you press escape?

Check your display cards driver.
I tried it in shop before, works like a charm on medium settings.

of course can play. from the looks of the spec. it can run medium-high, with low shadows.

my laptop had gt540m, can play the game quite flawlessly, on medium-high with around 40+ fps.

but that was quite some time ago, nowdays only play on desktop.

I've downloaded the NVIDIA experience and windows 8.1 has been updated to the latest.

++ after pressing ESC, it just jump out from the blank screen back to windows, no pop-up windows.

no idea what nvidia experience is but go here and check your nvidia whql driver, and update it.

Then open your documents\diabloIII\d3pref.txt and change the DisplayModeWindowMode "0" to
DisplayModeWindowMode "1" to force window mode.

reboot and try again

your method works wonder.. it did run smoothly but in windows mode, not full screen. noob question again, how to full screen it..

you can change to fullscreen from the options >graphics (ithink)

i still using GT620, no problem to play solo.
however, come to 4 player mode, it will be quite lag when playing
