Anyways, since he's not replying here, I doubt the will bother to come and resolve this issue for sure. Apparently, he said that I was paying for better customer service but look at the facts here now smile.gif

I'm getting no service and being ignored by a "good" seller.

Anyways, since he's taken my MYR 199 for nothing, I do appreciate it if he could refund the full amount + reimbursement for what I'm going through. Don't think it's a difficult thing, seeing how bad I'm being treated by him.

because the way i c it , he jsut dont care about it and basically being arrogant about this apparently " small money " to him and ignoring everything..
why let him off so easily ?
the least u could do is to warn off the potential buyer

because i saw there are alot of unsolved cases of him , yet no real commitment being done to bring him down , so when that happen too often , of course he thinks he can get away with it everytime..

This is why I've shunned almost all online seller for products that require warranties because people like him gives a bad name to the business....
