Seconded, it was stated that he noted the fact that I asked for the extended warranty. Also, I've contacted him shortly after COD to send him my details for the carepack.
Why would I do that if I did not pay for it? Wanna waste his time for no reason?
And please don't question my memory. I can tell you specifically where we meet, the time we meet and what happened at the location of the COD. I can even tell you he was wearing a black shirt on the day of COD and helped me install an extra ram for the Dv6 on the spot.
Do I have memory problem? I'm sure I don't, but hey, feel free to create excuses.
B. I don't think you understand what you are saying here. I have no guilty conscience at all. What weed are you smoking here bro? I'm lazy to pursue the case because of how he handles such stuffs in LYN. Many many many PM-es I have received from other buyers stating the same time. Just because I'm lazy to disclose, does not mean I am trying to cheat him of such a small matter.
C. I don't give a rat's ass whether he remembers me or not. My name is in his successful trade, I have the PM-es from our earlier deal and finally did i say I don't care what he's doing right now? He sold me a product with conditions attached * extended warranty * and it's his fault he did not register it, even after I gave him the details needed.
FYI, i did pm him a few days after to purchase extended warranty for MAC but decided not to do so because I got a better deal elsewhere. This shows that I was in communication with him up to a point where he has enough time to register the care pack. But no, apparently he forgot right? What a convenient excuse?
