Their after service sucks! Quality sucks! Arrogant sales manager!!!

Sent a ring I bought from one of their shop for repair (a small diamond fell off just mere 2 months of wearing it, BAD quality!!!). 3 months later, went to the shop to pick up the supposed newly repaired jewellery, but was presented a same design but UNDERSIZE and LESS WEIGHT ring!!

Instead of admitting their mistake, they try to convince me that the ring IS mine. I ask them about why the size and weight are different, they did not give me a solid answer. They lost the ring but did not want to admit it, but rather changed it to a different ring, lied to their customer and dragged the problem for months.

Then after some argument, they give me 2 options, and expect me to choose one and shut my mouth (BAD SERVICE!!!), mind you, there will be no money refund available!! either they replace it with different item or they add up white gold to top up the ring's weight but whatever it is I'm stuck with their low quality product forever!! FCUKKKKKKKKKK!!

This will be my 1st and last LAZO DIAMOND experience!!! LAZO DIAMOND SUCKSSSSSSSS... Stay away from any LAZO DIAMOND product!!!! For those who already bought a product from this dodgy company, let it be your last...

I remember their necklace made from white gold don't even last very long.

Their excuse was, sorry ah, kenot wear daily one....

The manager had the gut to tell me not to think much about the ring's size and weight differences, but rather the solution. Still not admitting their mistake.

I think this is the management's fault, the customer service should have done better instead of exploiting their customers. Do they even aware that the transparency in the internet these days can easily jeopardize their reputation ?

Anyhow, i never trusted Lazo Diamond seeing how they market their products to cater or take advantage of budget buyers. Better pay more and get a more reputable jeweller instead of this halfbaked gimmick shop.

you can lodge report to consumer tribunal. I don't think you should let them get away with something silly like this. Losing a customer's item is hugh issue. Check and see if can report police or not.
