Go to Celcom online help support and question them. I did that and they cancel out all the subscriptions for me except the subscriptions for data notifications and some other subscriptions I asked for.

Taruk them kao kao and they will cancel all the unwanted subscriptions. Complained once and I have not receive any from unwanted SMS since.
