Hi all,

notice this on the new patch note, so does this means I can't keep my original affix to try to roll for higher value of the same affix? E.g. if I want to reroll my Dex stat to a higher value, I have to roll to some other stat first, then reroll again to try for a higher Dex stat? Anyone observe this in their current enchanting?

It is no longer possible for the same affix to be randomly selected as the replacement for both of your new rolls
When Enchanting an item, the original affix will now be forced into the pool of possible replacement affixes
This will allow Legendary items with affixes that are normally unavailable on that slot to roll for that affix when Enchanting
Bug Fix: Fixed an issue preventing items from being properly marked as enchanted when starting the Enchanting process

to be honest, its still same as usual for me. Nothing changed

this sucks...

very hard to roll for max stats like this...

ie: if I roll a 8% crit chance, I will think twice now about rerolling for 10% as I might lose it completely

Ok thanks for confirming my suspicion. Burned 4 souls yesterday buta-buta

my RRG already rolled 800k and gems to get 5% crit... guess can forget about it rolling for 6% >.<

wrong.

it means before patch when u enc u might get:
+467 dex
+485 dex

both option same affix but diff roll.

now after patch, u wont get both option of same affix anymore, when first is +dex, second wont be +dex anymore.

in ur case yes u can roll ur dex to higher dex without go to other stat first.

Ahhh so the benefit of this patch is you won't get those silly rolls of all 3 stats the same affix, but on the other hand still have one chance of the same affix (in the case above, dex) with higher stat roll?

lol no, i think you misunderstood the tool tips. To be frank, the changes is pretty much insignificant for me

meaning if we reroll 1 socket (to get 2/3) sockets, we will never get 1 socket as a result? I think I still get this in 2.05..

Yes. I still get same enchant as what I roll. Example roll 6% CDR, get another 6% CDR. :S

From my understanding is now you have 8.0cc on your glove and wish to reroll it to get better cc, when you click on the big boobs lady to enchants, it will show like below


Enchanted Stats : 8.0cc (Do take note that you still stand a chance to roll on your enchanted affix, just that the affix before you enchanted to 8.0cc will re-appear again in the new affix pool)

- 8.5cc

the sentence actually is trying to tell that the new enchanted affix will not be the same as last time we encountered, example

- 400Vit
- 368Vit

Tested this, you can re-roll same stats but the likelihood of the same affix re-rolling more than once is now gone.

Yeap I can confirm this yesterday, rolled for dex and got it albeit lower value first try, picked it, reroll second time got dex again almost max stat which is fantastic

And agree with earlier postings, no more annoying multiples choice of same affix.
