wrong.
it means before patch when u enc u might get: +467 dex +485 dex both option same affix but diff roll. now after patch, u wont get both option of same affix anymore, when first is +dex, second wont be +dex anymore. in ur case yes u can roll ur dex to higher dex without go to other stat first. |
