Well after reading and digesting the whole story......this is my findings. Sometimes things will not work the way that you want it to be. Lets not talk about the car as it has nothing to do with the reason he quit but then he needs to think first before he act. As a friend you guys should not even encourage him to leave the job before he found something better especially in this damm slow economy, car loan, family spending and etc.

If its me I will hold on and on the meantime just scout around for jobs before jumping as at the end of the day you still get paid no matter how much you dislikes your boss unless he fires you right? Just my 2 cents
