Joke aside, stock form it's not good. very sampan, my sister ex car was a Myvi SE orange colour. I've driven it and also ride as a passenger before.
But if modded properly the car handles very well, like a friend of mine who is an active tracker and he just got him a podium spot in SNF lately with his MyVi SE, his car is superbly done. Handling is sharp and pin point. He drove me in his car before and it was stable as hell.
but yea, the way you described it is 2 polar opposites, and we don't know how each specific person's definition of handling is. some people think the myvi very stable because it absorbs anything with it's soft suspensions while in reality it's sampaning so much that it could turtle up at any moment.
and yes with proper mods it could potentially handle very well, which is why you'll see a myvi on the track time to time.
