It is always more value for money than buying a branded one as far as diamond is concerned. All round brilliant will still have to be cut to 57 facets and all the stones are from good old mother earth. The only thing that separates each diamond is how skillful the cutter is in terms of cutting the diamond. I am not sure whether "T" brand has their own cutters or not, but my guess is that they buy diamonds in bulk in Antwerp or India from various cutters. I believe this is how other brand works as well. In other words, I believe all diamond brands are OEM from those places.

However, if that is not the case, and "T" brand does have their own cutters, then it still boils down on how skillful they are and how much weight they want to retain. Solely relying on brand and say that they are the best is really not enough these days. However, I will agree that brand is important to some people, including me, depending on what kind of things we are talking about. If "T" is the brand that makes one happy, and it is within affordability of the buyer, why not. You just have to go from there and choose the best there is to offer. "Value for money" is very subjective for different people.
