I think whole Malaysia only Love & Co has that cert. It is basically Hearts & Arrows diamond, and I believe they also include the Hearts & Arrows image in their cert. The price probably won't come cheap. IMO, I will stick to either GIA or AGS. They are well-proven. As for IIDGR, they are part of De Beers, so in other words, they grade their own diamond since De Beers itself is a mining company.

Mind sharing what is the price range like?

7000+ include setting is pretty expensive for a 0.3ct. Nonetheless, we have to look at the specs and the ring setting they offer.

Also, again, different grading lab may come out with different result. I am not sure how strict is IIDGR. Their standard may be the same with GIA/AGS or their standard may be more lenient. I am referring to both Colour and Clarity. We cannot know for sure until you get to see 2 diamonds from different grading lab side-by-side, but this is for Colour only.

Anyway, I am able to get everything done below RM 7000 with specs below. It is one of the best super ideal diamond money can buy. Look at the Hearts & Arrows and see for yourself.

Total = USD 931 + USD 55 = USD 986
Today M2U TT Selling Price is 4.3540, so in RM it is RM 4293.04.
Add on 6% GST, the price will be RM 4550.62 -> Price for a D colour VS1 AGS triple excellent diamond.
So, using RM 7000 as your budget, this leaves you with around RM 2449.38 for ring setting alone. You have pretty lots of options at this price point. On average, a simple ring setting will cost you around RM 1500.00.

The diamond I shown above is already on the more expensive side of things. You can even get 0.303 D VS1 at USD 888:

What I can guess is, Love & Co cannot provide you with such specs at this price point. However, one thing that is probably good about Love & Co is probably their ring designs. Since they are under Soo Kee group, I believe the workmanship is there.

The look of Diamond 5 from the PDF looks okay to me. But not sure why the Hearts & Arrows only score "Very Good". You might want to check on that. Also, the 34 degree crown angle, although ideal at 34 degrees, but I prefer slightly steep because will increase some fire. But nonetheless, after looking at all the available options and images on PDF (I did not check the SendSpace because office internet block it), Diamond 5 will be my choice.

You can ask TJ to provide you a few more options as well, if possible.
