Know shouldn't ask like this but when it comes to pc I am total noob. Is it worth to buy?
I am actually looking to buy a new dekstop but budget only around 2k include monitor. But saw this in garage sales.

Mostly use for movies, browsing internet, games (Dragon nest, dota, LoL,).

The pc will be situated in a room with no sunlight, minimal air-flow (only fan).

ii) Live in a room. Depends entirely on stand fans for airflow
iii) Dont have to change anything in the next 3~4yrs
iv) Zero knowledge on pc things

1st laptop bought in 2007 till now. But now can't play dota anymore as its getting slower and can sense its time is near. So thought of buying dekstop since no need carry here and there anymore. Thanks in advance to bro's help.

Other games...not dota rig. Just now not playing any games so not sure any new games.
