planning to get a budget rm1.3k pc by september, any suggestions?

mainly using it to play games like dota 2, csgo, payday 2 etc etc, and maybe some document work.

able to reuse 1600x900 monitor, speakers, and HDD.

thanks!! is it possible that i buang the dvd writer? haha i think i can salvage from my old pc. also if i upgrade to 8gb ram how much would it cost?

also er, the parts should be readily available in malaysia right? @_@
