HDD because i would like to use my existing 2.5 hdd from my now broken laptop

2.) SAPPHIRE VAPOR-X R9 280X 3GB GDDR5 OC purchased 2013 nov

both (1) and (2) for a sum of 1300 MYR from a fellow lowyat forumer

can you tell me if that is a good deal ?
if yes, please exclude GPU+PSU from my deducted budget of 1300 MYR
