My boss leh... he will ask customer 1st lor... than put tat HDD as slave in other PC and back up which ever important data we can by either transfering it to our primary drive or burn to CD/DVD... if the HDD is not faulty tat is...like going to the mechanic under the tree one, small problem also wanna do a whole engine overhold. sorry for you lost, next time get a super It savy bf like me (promoting myself) hahaha. :-P
