End User - Didn't backup all importance data (like using DVD Burner or External USB HDD/thumbdriver)......

Yeah..... I'm also agree that Mr_47 say..... But i wanna to know why? why give the hdd to them?
Computer Shop staff - Technician never ask customer whether got any importance data...... that why some careless technician didn't have customer experience..... (must understand & know what is their need & also self abalities also limited too)...... some more those technician are disqualify in IT service......
