Hey dudes,

Is it posibble to import to stage mp3 files, so far all the sound fx and loops are in .wav format, i tried many times with mp3 (my files), but can't.

create a new layer.. and under the properties, select your music file.

Err, i can't select that because my keyframe is empty, after creating a new layer.

I'm a noob in Flash, just started not long ago.

eh.. if that just insert frame and you can put song into it.. however some of info and tips since u said noob in flash.. u migh want to consider thinking how your song is

at the properties panel got 4 option.. event, stream, start, and stop. while i arely use start and stop, stream and event can provide pretty useful soung..

Stream = the song will play as long as the frame within the song is put.. let say u got frame 1-100 put this 3minute song.. the song will play only till frame 100 and after that the song stop..

event = everytime event just one keyframe put that song with sync event.. the song will play from start to an end..

import to library, then select the mp3 in "Sound" under the properties. if your layer is empy and have no frames, then press F5 to make frame

right click on the timeline and choose new frame or new keyframe
if u want the music to start at the point u want, go to frame and create a new keyframe...
then select the blank keyframe u have just created and go to sounds to select ur music file

Thanks dudes, can already, change the sound setting to 'stream'.

Still new with Flash, so far I know some short cut keys.

F5 = Frame
F6 = Keyframe
F8 = Convert to Graphic/Movie Clip/Button
