QUOTE(kingsway @ Nov 6 2014, 12:30 PM) Hi, May be a bit pushing it, but just curious, does buying car products or snacks from Petrol station considered as "retail"? How about car tyres? What's your comment? Thanks should be 'retail' transactions. And not relevant for any cashback, if that's what you are after.

QUOTE(lovefoe @ Nov 12 2014, 11:32 AM) I have checked the T&C yesterday and insurance premium is one of the excluded items ..argh.... That's strange. I've just recently renewed car insurance with Etiqa Takaful and it was eligible for cashback.

QUOTE(cyang @ Nov 30 2014, 03:14 PM) Thanks.. I had been looking this for so long, yet cant find it.. haha.. Is it a norm that PBB doesn't send out e-Statement and that we have to manually download it online every month? I have never received a single eStatement nor paper statement so far.

QUOTE(ronnie @ Dec 23 2014, 11:13 AM) Most Starbucks (if not all) are no longer under Dining MCC... so avoid using PBB Visa Signature at Starbucks. Alternative: Use PBB VS to reload online your Starbucks Card instead Agree! All the starbucks I frequent don't seem to categorize it as Dining. I am reloading online nowadays. It's easier and confirmed CB-able.

QUOTE(victorywp @ Dec 23 2014, 11:55 PM) just realised i typed wrongly. a correction: stamp duty rm5 for every rm1k fd pledging amount. which means one needs to pay stamp duty of rm175 for a rm35k fd pledging. actually this has been mentioned by bearbear earlier regarding the stamp duty being 0.5% of your fd pledging amount. belum untung sudah rugi like that.

QUOTE(highcourt @ Dec 28 2014, 06:49 PM) If i log in Public bank website (like maybank2u) can I choose to pay TNB using my PBB Visa Signature instead of using UOBPayonline to pay TNB? How about Maxis bill? Can I pay using PBB website instead through Maxis online? Please note that bill payment through PBB website is NOT eligible for cashback.

BT request submitted via email to PBB on 14Jan 17Jan - saw first installment in PB online 20Jan - saw payment cleared at target credit company (AEON in this case)
By far the easiest and quickest BT process I've ever attempted - No statement required! Strongly recommended!

QUOTE(herc @ Feb 11 2015, 11:35 AM) No mistake, only certain payee accept to use PBB VS in M2U, for my case only Syarikat Air Darul Aman Sdn Bhd. I think government and insurance payee works. TNB should work, too

QUOTE(MeToo @ Feb 23 2015, 05:01 PM) Noticed a problem with this card... it has Visa Wave function... dont even need signature... just wave and payment done... wah lau eh... if card stolen means gone case... Visa PayWave has a cap limit for each wave. It cannot be used for large amount transaction. In fact, with or without signature, there is still a chance for fraud. We just need to be diligent in making sure our card is safe. How many times did you notice the sales staff checks the signature?

Called in and chat with CS and was informed that application submitted on 3/3. Yesterday they called my office for verification. Can say chances to get approved is high? If approved next week, basically when will they send it to branch for collection? TIA. You should get your card within 1 work week once your application is approved.
