Hye

In my questionnaire , there are random items but some of them categorized in one construct. Example

Question no. : Q1, Q3, Q5, Q10 = Construct Belief

My question is, how do I categorized all questions in one group so when I try to analyze those questions in order to found out the relationship between gender & belief in t-test or range of age & belief in anova, the spss will summarized the result?

Go to Transform, then click Compute Variable

Key in (Q1+Q3+Q5+Q10)/4 and you will get a summated score for Construct Belief.

Anyway, have you run factor analysis and reliability analysis for your variables in the first place?

It truly is only an older concept Runescape 3 Gold may be recycled. Having a perception and making it greater is what I call recycling. This is just Buy Runescape 3 Gold the fundamental buy low and selling high concept, and yet they've got consumed it and made it far better.

That's not right, you're just measuring the relationship between the mean score of all those questions. I don't think that is what the TS is asking

The correct answer is that you cannot test a multivariate factor with a t test unless there is valid reason that all the 5 questions are simply different samples of the same variable. Them you take the sample mean and test it.

If it's 5 questions testing slightly different things, you need to use multiple factor analysis to find the underlying variable that is affecting the dependent variable.

Hi mumeichan, Blofeld

If the news is true, and there are not many experts, do you think it is feasible to setup a training center and provide specialization courses on Data Science? We can categorize the courses into Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced, or offer specific ones like Business Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Decision Analytics, and Predictive Analytics. We can also provide software training on Excel, Minitab, R, SAS, SPSS, Stata. icon_idea.gif

LOL.

I didn't notice that he was saying that he is going to test the relationship between two variables using the t test. laugh.gif

Yup, the factor analysis is needed to ensure that the five questions will converge into one factor as theorised.
