i chuck my tuner after batt dead, go youtube and compare the notes to tune,
train your ear automatically as well.

Yeap, I do mods because I was curious. Kinda like trial and error experience

Copper tapes are hard to come by in Malaysia. Most probably have to buy online

I used those aluminium tape found in hardware stores for my guitar shielding for my strats and they reduced around 30-40% of the hum
But i didnt add a second ground wire from the shielding to the normal ground because u cant/hard to solder on aluminium tape.

Quick solution - a pedal with stereo outs?
